- Access to EAP counselors 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a toll-free number
- Evaluation for suspected substance abuse problems
- Assessment of potential for workplace violence
- Training in recognition of early behavioral clues that may suggest a team member needs referral

- On-site Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for traumatic worksite events or external events which may effect the work environment
- Orientation and orientation "refreshers" for management and employees

- Provision of announcements to communicate program services
- Provision of posters for break rooms, payroll stuffers on topics of interest, and wallet cards for employees and dependents
- Assistance in development of policies and procedures for coordination and access of EAP and behavioral health benefits
