EAP Resources is a company paid benefit that offers free, confidential, convenient service to all employees and their family members. Services are accessible by a toll-free number, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, week-ends and holidays.
EAP Resources provides assessment, problem identification, short-term counseling and crisis intervention for employees and their dependents. Counseling is provided as short-term and specific to the problem you are experiencing.
EAP counselors work with the individual to resolve issues or concerns that maybe impacting one's personal life and/or work life. If more intensive counseling and treatment is indicated, the EAP counselor will refer you to the appropriate mental health care provider of your benefit plan.

It is estimated that mental illness affects one in five families in America. If you or a family member are experiencing stress, depression, problems that seem to just keep mounting and are increasingly difficult to bear or are becoming overwhelming, it's time to get help.
EAP Resources (EAP) provides employees and their dependents confidential, free, easy access to support in dealing with life and work-related stressors. EAP provides short-term counseling and crisis intervention and is designed to assess, identify, and facilitate resolution of issues and concerns that may be impacting one's life. Licensed counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a toll-free number.
Employees and their dependents may access EAP for confidential, prompt assistance. EAP is available to all company employees and their dependents regardless of one's particular benefit plan or benefit status.
If continued treatment is needed, EAP counselors will ensure referral of the employee or dependent to the appropriate provider for their specific benefit plan.
